Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience, from checkout to delivery. Please review the information below regarding order processing and shipping.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to the delivery address provided at checkout.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and begin after the order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times by region:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 business days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 8–18 business days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 7–20 business days

  • 🌍 Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak periods or holidays. International orders may also be subject to customs delays, which are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:

  • Delivery delays

  • Returned shipments

  • Order cancellation

If our system detects an address issue, our support team may contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at support@grafolo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Delayed Delivery

While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Address verification or payment issues

If any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updates whenever available.

Grafolo is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we will always assist you to the best of our ability.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at support@grafolo.com and we will assist you in investigating the issue.

We may recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. In certain cases, a replacement may be offered depending on the situation.

Please note that Grafolo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these situations fall outside of our standard refund policy.
